On old building, very limited weight loads and the task to fully convert the space into a video wall. We created an entrance with dinner area incl. a separated band, music & dance floor area. This area was revealed after dinner using a Kabuki curtain system. Attendee and client was raving about the execution and loved every single detail.

Accept the challenge of an odd-shaped room which is first the only one to use and second needs to be split into three for the breakouts and moved back into one room after the breakouts. Moreover create a WOW factor for the attendee as well as the agency.

A detailed storyboard, various virtual recordings, the green screen recording of the chairman and finally in post production we brought it all into one virtual studio. For a real studio experience we additionally created smooth camera moves.

Ghent, France, Denmark, Saudi Arabia – bring doctors and professors into one studio. To bring them all together into one virtual studio we created a detailed storyboard, performed various virtual recordings, did the green screen recording of the chairman in Ghent. The result looked as if they were together in one video conference call for the whole duration.

An event design for a relatively small group, eye catching, motivating and inspiring. The venue being very modern did not provide a lot of options so we created a round shaped meeting experience so we built the meeting theme around the attendees to have them all as part of the meeting at all times. This event was successfully executed.
